10 HIV a cure for Cancer? Fire with Fire

HIV as a cure for cancer? Wow, this is scary powerful.....

A LAST RESORT:

Doctor's uses HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) as a cure for cancer. Terminally ill patients with no other treatment options opt to participate in this new experiment using the HIV virus. The HIV virus is engineered so that it cannot cause diseases anymore but retains its ability to reprogram the immune system so that it will attack cancer cells. The new modified immune cells the doctors call "serial killer cells." The serial killer cells then kills off the cancerous tumour cells.

Wow talk about turning a negative into a positive! To learn more click the link FIRE WITH FIRE:
Doctor's Inject HIV into a little girl dying of cancer and she lives! Controversial right, but can one deny another's right to live even though we may not agree with the methods?

24 CONTAMINATED CAKE

Did you know that blowing out candles on a cake contaminates it? Oh yes, it does, the bacteria/germs/spittle from the mouths of blower(s) settles unto the cake contaminating it. Thus bacteria , viruses etc., can be passed fairly quickly from one person to another.cake and candles

I guess some traditions can be harmful to one’s health, who would have thunk it huh?  Before reading up on food contaminants I never even considered it.

Here are some alternative options

ü  Have a small individual cupcake made with a candle for the birthday person to blow out

ü  Use a transparent sanitary cake cover with a removable candle deck (candles does not puncture the cake), which protects the cake from contamination during blowing out of celebratory candles.

ü  Have one slice of the cake removed; decorated separately to the occasion (happy birthday, anniversary etc.,) and have that piece with candles for the person to blow out, that piece is their piece to eat.

13 In Need of A Smile–Part 1

in prayerToday is a sober day for me, on the heels of some concerning news – my friend is in the hospital. While waiting to get through to the hospital i checked my email and received this email from a friend, it made me smile in a moment when i needed one. She is in recovery,“thank God” - had brain surgery. *Sigh* in the spirit of keeping the soul light I thought I’d share the smile….

EMAIL - VODKA SIPPING PRIEST

A new priest at his first mass was so nervous he could hardly speak. After mass he asked the monsignor how he had done. The monsignor replied, "When I am worried about getting nervous on the pulpit, I put a glass of vodka next to the water glass. If I start to get nervous, I take a sip."

The next Sunday the new priest took the monsignor's advice. At the beginning of the sermon, he got nervous and took a drink. He proceeded to talk up a storm. Upon his return to his office after mass, he found the following note on the door:

  1. Sip the Vodka, don't gulp.
  2. There are 10 commandments, not 12.
  3. There are 12 disciples, not 10.
  4. Jesus was consecrated, not constipated.
  5. Jacob wagered his donkey, he did not bet his ass.
  6. We do not refer to Jesus Christ as the late J. C.
  7. The Father, Son, and Holy Ghost are not referred to as Daddy, Junior and the Spook.
  8. David slew Goliath, he did not kick the shit out of him.
  9. When David was hit by a rock and was knocked off his donkey, don't say he was stoned off his ass.
  10. We do not refer to the cross as the "Big T."
  11. When Jesus broke the bread at the Last Supper he said, "Take this and eat it for it is my body." He did not say "Eat me"
  12. The recommended grace before a meal is not: Rub-A-Dub-Dub thanks for the grub, yeah God.
  13. Next Sunday there will be a taffy pulling contest at St. Peter's, not a Peter pulling contest at St. Taffy's!

Hope you were able to smile, Lord knows I needed one today. There is humour in everything and one can get a smile in the midst of a storm, a reassurance that no matter the plight everything will be alright.

For those who may think this is blasphemy please don’t go there or take it so seriously, try to see that in sharing the moment it is also sharing the faith and passing along information about the bible.

I’ll keep you posted…
