1 PEACE OF MIND IS A CHOICE YOU MUST GIVE YOURSELF



In life i have found that there will always be something to worry about if you don't give yourself permission to embrace peace. 
Peace of Mind. 
Peace of Spirit. 
Peace of Body. 
Peace of Soul. 
What i have learnt is this: 
You cannot and should not contaminate your head with worry.
You cannot and should not allow others to steal your joy and expression of happiness.
You cannot and should not worry about things you can't change or have no control over.
You cannot and should invest in the misery of your whole being. 
To be invested is to be infested.
Decontaminate your mind and deliberately and systematically flood and infiltrate it with peace.
Choose the light of peace regardless of......​

  1. Learning mindfulness helps you cultivate a more favorable outlook in life.
    It can be a bit discouraging at the start of your mindfulness training
    class, but after a while you'll learn to master your skills over time and gain the
    benefits.
