How do you manage your stress? Sometimes life can give some hard blows and we need to find healthy outlets to releave those stressers whilst journeying through life.
Some people enjoy yoga, going to the gym, running, going out with friends etc., Me I have many avenues one of which is coloring and reading. This week I bounced between the two. It was soothing.

Thanks for sharing. It is something we struggle with at some point in our lives. I normally do the running but the coloring looks like something I can get with. Thanks again for sharing.

DeleteI've heard how coloring is now the new way for adults to find relaxation. I guess I read.

DeleteI joined the bandwagon as well and bought myself a coloring book. I only colored once but I believe the hype, coloring is quite therapeutic.

Good for you, if you enjoy it then why not, there are no hard and fast rule. Whatever route takes you to the path of self-care, is all good.
DeleteI must say, I have been coloring all my life. I did it before my children and continue to do it after my children have grown up and living their own lives.
Lots of people love to color... I have so many friends that I know who used coloring to relax... I think whatever way we can relax is always a good idea xox
