I always felt money has become a demi God in this world. Money makes and breaks relationships. With money we can buy many things to make our lives comfortable. Money gives us courage and confidence. Lack of money makes us a laughing stock. People ignore and walk away from a poor man. A poor man struggles day and night to make both ends meet.If he borrows money he is hounded for repayment of capital and interest.In our country many people commit suicide because they can't repay the debt. Money lenders flourish and grow fat doing nothing except lending money and eating.
With money we can have palaces to live in, drive around in flashy cars, eat the choicest food in the best hotels, go on world tours in cruise ships and visit exotic places, look down upon poor people, throw some crumbs in the name of charity and get our photos published in all news papers, we can become style icons,buy prestigious post, get invited from presidents and prime ministers, have many wives or husbands as the case may be, send our children to the best schools in the world, and what not.The possibilities are immense and mind blowing.
I remember the Abba song =
MONEY,MONEY,MONEY,
GIVE ME SOME MONEY
ITS A RICH MAN'S WORLD.
These are some thoughts on money that came to my mind while reading your fabulous post.
