If...
If I had a cent for every thought that races through my mind
I wouldn’t have to work for a dime
Waste my time trying to find creative ways to cultivate me time,
Counting every dime to see if I have any for vacation time
Wondering if I’ll have enough to treat myself to a bling bling
A frivolous WANT circumventing need
Enough that I don't bleed
Or
Would I have to luxuriate and squander all my thoughts on wonder thinking …
If I had this thing,
I could get that thing,
And do this and that thing,
Have a taste of something
Experience a little thing
Before I had to get back...
To the reality of balancing nothing
In order to have something
If
