Hear ye! Hear ye! Fully agree with your post… and the greatest love of all, is the love we have for our self. It is a fundamental basis that loving oneful empowers us to love all creatures.
There is what Buddha has to say about love…
“You can search throughout the entire universe for someone who is more deserving of your love and affection than you are yourself, and that person is not to be found anywhere. You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe
deserve your love and affection.” (Buddha)
Even the Holy Bible teaches us…
“Love is patient; love is kind; love is not envious or boastful or arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful;It does not rejoice in wrongdoing, but rejoices in the truth.It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends.” (1.Corinthians 13.4-8)
