listen2Good advice is good advice no matter the source. Do not get so carried away with the source of the information that you stop listening, to do so is to render yourself deaf, dumb, blind and stupid because you miss the lesson, the opportunity to learn and grow.

  3. Good afternoon Fab…I enjoyed the stroll along Scarborough Bluffs. We are having a beautiful Sunday here in our Ozark Hills and enjoyed the huge fireworks display across the Lake Taneycomo valley from my home. If you lived closed by you could have enjoyed the feast I cooked up too…I think I am still full from the feast.Have a wonderful week…GregI always tell myself and others who ask… “We must always remain teachable.”Yep…Receive good advice.

  4. LIsten to good advice – that is good advice….Thanks for dropping by and your thoughts – I didn’t even think of the morality of the faily of Jordy Chandler accepting MJ’s money but everyone has their own standards – like you I would fight for justice, not a millionaire lifestyle. But some might argue that the money was more justice than they would have ever got in a court. We live in a strange and bad world.Take care

  11. Hello,

Wonderful words of advice. Normally, we look to great people for advice and we consider any advice from lesser human beings is useless and not noteworthy. You have really opened our eyes.

    Best wishes,
    Joseph

  12. Good advice is truly good advice. It's up to the person to take it into action. They can either do away with it or try to incorporate it into their lives. We all have choices to make in life, whether good or bad.

  17. Perhaps our hesitation comes from not seeing the person who is giving the advice using it themselves...
I have a totally different perspective after reading this, seeing as the person who didn't use the advice might actually be in a better position to give it because he knows from experience the consequences of ignoring such advice.
    Food for thought

(¸.•´ (¸.•` ¤ So very true. I like this. I have to say as well that I am glad that I paid so little attention to some good solid advice that I didn't take from people... because had I, I might have been saved from some of my most valuable mistakes... and I have learned so much from my mistakes.
